Who we are
Brads Belize sells Fantasy 5 and Pick 3 tickets in Belize. We are at 2 Farmers Market, Belize City. Fantasy 5 is operated by Caribbean Gaming Company Limited and Pick 3 by 369 Gaming Company Limited; we sell their tickets and post their results. The draws themselves, the prize tables and the official rules belong to the operators.
By using bradsbelize.com, ordering a ticket or cashing a ticket with us, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the services.
You must be 18 or older
Lottery tickets are for adults only. You confirm you are 18 or older when you tap Play on the website and when you order a ticket. We check your ID before a ticket is issued and before any prize is paid.

Ordering
You choose your numbers on the website or with Quick Pick, send the order to us on WhatsApp and pay as agreed on WhatsApp. Your digital ticket is sent back to you on WhatsApp. An order is only a ticket once we have confirmed it and sent the ticket; a message with numbers in it is not a ticket by itself.
Check your ticket
Please check the numbers, the game and the draw date on your ticket as soon as you receive it and tell us straight away if anything is wrong. Once the draw has closed, a ticket can't be changed, cancelled or refunded.
Results and prizes
Results are posted on the website and on our Facebook page after every draw. In case of any difference, the operator's official result is the one that counts. Prizes are paid according to the operator's prize table and rules. Winning tickets up to BZ$600 can be cashed with us at 2 Farmers Market, or by bank transfer through the Cash a ticket form on the website; your ticket is verified first, which usually takes about an hour and can take up to 24 hours. Larger prizes are paid as the operator directs.
Distributors
Approved retailers and points of sale can apply to distribute through the website. Applications are reviewed by us and are not a guarantee of approval.
Privacy
What we collect
- For ticket orders: what you send us on WhatsApp, which is your name and phone number, the numbers and games you play and your payment, and the ID you show us for the 18+ check.
- For cashing a ticket or applying to distribute: the details you type into those forms, which are sent to us on WhatsApp, including your ID and the bank account you ask us to pay into.
- From your browser: your 18+ confirmation is kept on your own device so you don't have to redo it. We don't run advertising trackers.
How we use it
To issue your tickets, to check winning tickets and pay prizes, to contact you about an order and to keep the records the operators and the law require. Only our staff who handle tickets and claims see these details.
Who else sees it
Orders and payout requests reach us through WhatsApp, and the website is served by Cloudflare. The operators see what they need to check and pay a winning ticket. We don't sell or rent your details to anyone. We share them only when the law requires it or to protect against fraud.
How long we keep it
Ticket and claim records are kept for as long as we need them for accounts, tax and the operators' rules. You can ask us to delete your details at any time; we will keep only what we must keep by law.

To correct something, delete your details or ask what we hold about you, message us on WhatsApp or email us; see Contact below.
Responsible play
Play for fun and only with money you can afford to lose. Set yourself a limit and stick to it. If you feel playing is becoming a problem, stop and talk to someone you trust. We will not sell tickets to anyone under 18 and we may refuse a sale if we think it is right to.
